Plastic/Oil Painting Class
Although both media involve applying paint with a brush, they are very different!
Both have their own advantages and disadvantages ~ suitable for students with different painting styles
A more detailed explanation is given below.
Plastic paint
acrylic color
☻ As the name suggests, the texture after drying is like a piece of glue☻ Quick drying, can be dried in a few minutes☻ If you make a mistake, you can cover it with pigment and paint again☻ Use water to dilute the pigment☻ Can be painted on objects of different textures (such as paper, cloth, glue, wood, etc.)
☻ Light-resistant, not easy to change color ☻ Waterproof
* Beginners are advised to learn plastic painting first.
Oil paint
oil color
☻ Slow drying, can take up to a month to completely dry
☻ You can modify and erase the drawn parts repeatedly
☻ The painting style is more realistic
☻ Use oil to spread the pigment (it will have a smell)
☻ The pigments are a bit expensive
☻ Throughout history, many famous paintings were created using oil paints
(Like Monrolisa!)
* Suitable for students who want to paint realistic paintings~
Monet's Impression, Sunrise, 1872 in the background
